We’re excited to announce our latest release: Dufour 🥳 Dufour is the most safe, scalable and user-friendly HOPRd release to date and will support an ecosystem of privacy services, such as RPCh Launch: September 9th, 2pm CEST ⏰ Dufour comes with a completed migration to rust-libp2p, which is a massive part of our multi-month migration efforts and one of the major reasons our new release has gotten such a boost in performance. 📈 It also boasts a new node admin and staking dashboard, which we’ve been teasing for a while now. In today’s blog, we go over some of the features and when you can expect to join the new network. SPOILERS: People with the Network Registry NFT get first dibs and will be onboarded en masse on Saturday as soon as Staking Season 8 ends at 2 PM CEST. For us, the Network Registry NFT serves as a proxy for node runners in the Monte Rosa release and, by extension, a collective of very reliable node runners. Although if you manage to get a NR NFT from an NFT marketplace, it will work just the same. We don’t discourage it, but try not to get scammed.
